STF job action / strike days / sanctions – SRPSD may need to temporarily change EA schedule to cover noon supervision but then will be changed back to the regular schedule. If there is a full strike, we still go to work. We are not to take on any additional work / supervision.
If staff do not feel safe or comfortable with tasks being assigned, they have the right to say no without repercussions
